Shipping policy
SHIPPING POLICY
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Rates
- $5 flat rate shipping on all orders
- Free shipping on orders of 2 or more hats
Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout.
Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and carrier delays.
Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
Iron & Boar Co. is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or events outside of our control.
If your package appears lost, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Iron & Boar Co. is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
