RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not, we accept returns under the following conditions:
Return Window
Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be unworn and unused
- In original condition
- With all tags and packaging intact
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Iron & Boar Co. is not responsible for lost return shipments.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of approval.
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Please allow 5–10 business days for processing
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right.
